B2B/B2C e-shop
IP, in cooperation with Autocont, has developed a B2C and B2B website for Pumpa (the leading seller of pumps and their service in the Czech Republic). This website helps customers make quick and clear purchases. It clearly presents detailed information about the goods and its options. Once the customer signs in, he can see the overview his orders and documents.

Catalogue and Product Assortment
Pumpa’s specific feature is the variability of products with many parameters. Most of the products have numerous technical options. Therefore, great emphasis was placed on the pages’ clarity, which allows customers to simply and correctly choose the product they need.
Product Comparison and 3D Visualization
In addition to the common product comparison functionality, the customer will appreciate the clarity with which the parameters of various options of one product appear directly on the product card. For the customer’s better understanding, the new e-shop also has a 3D visualization of selected products. If the customer clicks on a product and moves the mouse around, he can see all sides of the product.
User’s Account
Pumpa’s clients are split up into B2B and B2C customers. Both groups can easily sign up and take full advantage of the benefits that come with having a user’s account. Every user that signs in gets an overview of the order history and all the documents related to his purchase all in one place. The user’s account is interconnected with the ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
