Personalization, context marketing and analysis
innogy puts a lot of emphasis on the relevance of the displayed content for different users. Therefore, we suggested a strategy at the common workshop. The strategy was to use Sitecore XP to personalize content based on different criteria. It is based on personalizing the pages according to the campaign visits from paid channels, like Google Adwords, Seznam Sklik or Facebook. Another criterion was the interest of visitors about a specific work category. The strategy also contains a proposal of activities, targets and events, which are measured and evaluated in Sitecore Experience Analytics.
Integrating the Teamio recruitment application
The offer of vacant job positions that is regularly synchronised with the Teamio recruitment application plays an important role in the innogy Careers web presentation. This application is used to assign and manage vacant positions and the Sitecore XP data platform transfers and presents this data on the web. The users can see the selected vacant positions quickly based on a filter according to the field, location or full-time / part-time employment and react to the vacant positions by sending in their CVs or forwarding the offers to a friend. It is also possible to receive the new vacant positions by email on a regular basis.
Modular design
The innogy Career web pages are designed from independent components that we created in Sitecore XP, so that it is possible to use them across all web projects. From the design point of view, thanks to this, it is possible to maintain a unified design based on the brand manual and from the point of view of editors, it is more comfortable to manage the content.
What the portal looks like
The customer took care of the portal's graphics and we created a template and implemented it into Sitecore XP.
