Intranet
The Financial Administration of the Czech Republic is an association of many state authorities that oversee the selection and administration of taxes. Almost 16 thousand employees ensure that the Financial Administration is running smoothly. In 2015, we developed an internal web portal for the Financial Administration using OpenText. Among other things, this web portal speeds up communication between the office's branches. We are still taking care of its service and implementing new functionalities.

Personalized Internet solutions
In addition to a common environment, the intranet also contains its own digital area for the Financial Administration's individual branches. After signing in, the user can see documents for his / her worksite. The user does not have access to the files of other branches. The system administrators can also make specific documents accessible to a selected groups of employees only. They can easily set the section order or mark their "favourite" files in this interface, for example, forms that they often work with.

A web application for managing documents
The intranet also serves as a centralized data warehouse of all digitalized documents. The naming of files is governed by established customs - an intuitive, multi-step handbook helps clerks navigate through it. Different versions of the same document and its annexes are clearly marked. We have programmed a system of key words (labels) into the intranet, making it easier to search for and filter files.
