Customers also get unlimited access to their accounts and contractual information; they can change the amount of advance payments at any time, find information about meter readings, invoicing and payments or file complaints.

The most important requirement of this prestigious assignment was to create a publicly accessible portal with an application whose use would be maximally professional and reliable, but also simple and intuitive, so that clients could manage their customer accounts with RWE online. 

 With regard to our professional orientation to the field of Enterprise Content Management and Web CMS, we selected the solution of the global leader in this segment, the Canadian OpenText platform (Open Text Web Site Management).
